Recently UNESCO-CWR managed to establish a programme leading to higher diploma in water resources development. The target group in this programme are water resources professional with basically general B.Sc. or diploma (undergraduate) and at least three years of experience in the field of water resources to have a chance to upgrade themselves.

The programme is structured to take two academic years followed by a research phase to be consolidate in a form of thesis.

The 1st intake to this programme started in the academic year 2006-2007 and more than 40 professional were enrolled.
